Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order such as a defect, damage, or an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to make it right.
